  Registration on-line

   15 January 2025 23 January 2025 - 20 March 2025

  To register you need to create/access account on the conference website. Select the options that fit your status. You can return for future changes. The registration for all participants will be opened on January 23, 2025.

  Submitting the abstract

   01 March 2025 10 March 2025

  The abstract upload will be done through the account created on the conference website. Follow the correct classification of the paper in the topic categories of the conference.

  Participants shall be informed about the acceptance of papers by

   10 March 2025 18 March 2025

  The authors will be notified by e-mail about the acceptance of the papers by the organizing committee of the symposium. After this notification, the authors can start preparing the papers for the conference.

  Transferring the full paper

  30 March 2025

  The full paper must be upload through the account created on the conference website. It is necessary to follow the drafting rules set out in the "Word Processing Requirements" section to facilitate the publication procedure.

  Transferring the registration fee

  20 March 2025

  All payments must be validated through the conference website. Please send by e-mail proof of payment to administrativ@geomat.ro

  Check in for the conference

  03 - 04 April 2025

  Check-in for the conference will take place on both days of the presentation. It is recommended to register in the early hours of the firs day, according to the announced schedule.
