  Registration on-line

  To register you need to create an account on the conference website. Select the options that fit your status. You can return for future changes. The registration for all participants will be opened on October 1, 2022.

  Submitting the abstract

  15 October 2022 24 October 2022

  The abstract upload will be done through the account created on the conference website. Follow the correct classification of the paper in the topic categories of the conference.

  Participants shall be informed about the acceptance of papers by

  22 October 2022 31 October 2022

  The authors will be notified by e-mail about the acceptance of the papers by the organizing committee of the symposium. After this notification, the authors can start preparing the papers for the conference.

  Transferring the full paper

  05 November 2022

  The full paper must be upload through the account created on the conference website. It is necessary to follow the drafting rules set out in the "Word Processing Requirements" section to facilitate the publication procedure.

  Transferring the registration fee

  15-17 November 2022

  All payments must be validated through the conference website. Please send by e-mail proof of payment to administrativ@geomat.ro

  Check in for the conference

  15-17 November 2022

  The Check in for the conference will be done in the first three days of presentation. The recommendation is to register on the first day of the conference to avoid the crowds on the opening day of the symposium
